We are offering, a strength and conditioning class tailored for individuals who are senior in age, which offers a multitude of benefits, enhancing both physical health and overall quality of life.

Our Seniors Training Class is specifically designed for individuals who are new to the gym or those who may not have exercised in a long time. We understand that entering a gym environment can be intimidating, especially for those who are just starting or returning to fitness. This welcoming and supportive class aims to boost your confidence while helping you learn the fundamentals of exercise in a comfortable setting. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level, enhance your mobility, or simply feel better, our knowledgeable coaches are here to guide you every step of the way. These classes promote better balance and coordination, reducing the risk of falls, a common and serious concern for the elderly. By engaging in structured exercise routines, seniors can also experience improvements in bone density, which is vital in combating osteoporosis and reducing the risk of fractures.

Beyond physical health, our classes for the elderly can have significant positive impacts on mental and emotional well-being.

Moreover, the structured nature of these classes provides a sense of routine and purpose, which can be especially beneficial for mental sharpness and cognitive function. Our classes are suitable for people of all fitness and strength levels. We have a structured and proven system of adapting workouts to suit each individual and their needs.


Details

Classes run 12pm - 12:45pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

*Our program will start Monday, September 2nd.

Membership Options (Individual):

3 Sessions Per Week - $45 per week

2 Sessions Per Week - $37.50 per week

Membership Options (Partners):

3 Sessions Per Week - $72 per week

2 Sessions Per Week - $60 per week

I have 15 years of experience in training athletes of all ages, fitness levels, and skill sets. With a proven track record of delivering results, combining an extensive knowledge of different training systems and a passion for helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner in the gym looking to start your fitness journey or an experienced athlete that may have been out the gym for some time, our approach and motivational style here at Loaded creates an encouraging environment where everyone can thrive and achieve their best.
