OUR MISSION

Loaded Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed exclusively for teenagers (12-16 years old). Our Mission is to build resilient, capable and confident teenagers who are ready and able to tackle life head on. 

Our classes are constructed to foster a team environment, where the workouts are often completed as a group or in small teams, rather than individually. 
The classes are accommodating to Teens of all fitness levels and workouts are tailored for the individual. 

A qualified and skilled Coach runs and supervises the classes. 
Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout and stretch. 
We teach proper weightlifting techniques to enhance strength and power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase body control, agility, mobility and flexibility.
